OPTIMIZING PREMIUM CREDITS & AVOIDING PENALTIES
Lamb assists many of our larger clients with navigating the available premium credits and potential penalties specific to their jurisdictions and their insurance carrier offerings. We assist with completing necessary applications and programs that may be required. A list of some common credits include:
- New York Code Rule 60
- New York Safe Patient Handling
- Pennsylvania Safety Committee
- Delaware Safety Program
HOW TO ENGAGE
For clients that are part of Service Excellence, the risk management team will review the account for all available credits and penalty avoidance measures available based upon the organization’s operations and risk profile. Account Managers or Client Executives may also reach out directly to the risk management team for ad hoc requests as they arise, or for accounts that are not part of Service Excellence.
For clients utilizing these services, there is no incremental charge.
ON-DEMAND RESOURCE LIBRARY
Lamb offers robust client resources which include; an online content library, a learning management system (LMS) with over 150 courses, an HR help hotline, and policy/procedure-building tools.
HOW TO ENGAGE
All clients are eligible for access to our on-demand resource library.
Clients that are part of Service Excellence are offered access through that process. Account Managers or Client Executives may also reach out directly to the risk management team for ad hoc requests as they arise, or for accounts that are not part of Service Excellence.
There is no cost for clients to utilize this service.
