Core values
Guided by five Core Values, Lamb strives to be an organization that you can count on and respect, and our employees are proud to represent.
While many companies talk about Core Values, Lamb truly integrates these into the way we operate day-to-day, how we recognize our peers, how we financially incent our people, and most importantly, how we support our clients.
Internally, we celebrate those who live our Core Values, ranging from everyday peer-recognition, monthly shout-outs in our CEO Address, or annually at our kickoff meeting when we recognize employees who have best exemplified each of these Core Values throughout the year. What this means to our clients is a partner who shares the values of your organization and a company you can count on to do the right thing in support of your mission.
HUMILITY
We have no ego in our work; there is only dedication to making our business as effective as possible to achieve success and serve our clients, carriers, and colleagues
WORK ETHIC
We are relentless in combining old-fashioned elbow grease, “hustle”, and the highest integrity to improve our results and the way we work.
CARING
We view ourselves as partners with our clients, carriers, and colleagues; as such, we take a long-term view of success that shows in the way we handle our work and relationships.
EFFECTIVITY
We deliver on our responsibilities no matter what it takes to ensure the best experience in the industry for our stakeholders.
PASSION
We come to work every day eager to learn, grow, and win so that we can help ensure a stronger career, a greater company, and a better world.
